About ITM

ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Computerized Quality Systems & Services Manager (f/m/d)

Your role

  • Vault Owner / System Administrator for modules of Veeva Vault Platform: Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial
  • Analysis and visualization of business processes with the goal of digitalization
  • Configuration and validation of processes, creation, and execution of configuration plans and UATs
  • VEEVA Vault Platform 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Leadership and participation in Veeva implementation projects
  • Creation and review of documents
  • Creation of SOPs, reports, analyses, and key performance indicators
  • User Management and Training for all VEEVA Platform
  • Process optimization and interface management:
    • Acting as the central quality contact for the departments
    • Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements along the value chain
    • Initiating and leading projects  for the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and products

Your profile

  • A degree in a natural or technical science, IT, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with regulated IT systems or document/quality management platforms
  • Background as a system administrator, application manager, or IT consultant in any regulated or process-driven industry (e.g. medical devices, diagnostics, chemical, food & beverage, or financial services) is equally valued
  • Veeva Vault knowledge as well as familiarity with GxP, GMP, or ISO environments is a plus
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – you can translate technical topics for non-technical users and act as a bridge between IT and business
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • A growth mindset and genuine curiosity about learning new platforms and domains – we invest in training and certification for the right person
