About ITM
ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Head of Product Management – Radiopharmaceuticals (f/m/d)
Your role
-
Lead the end-to-end product strategy for radiopharmaceutical assets, from early development through global launch and lifecycle management, in coordination with Program Leads and Program Managers

Drive strategic decision-making related to budget, timelines, resource planning, and go-to-market execution

Lead and mentor a team of product managers responsible for Cross-functional supply strategy; Milestone planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation; Coordination of core and sub-projects; and Preparation of product and project documentation

Guide the team in overseeing strategic and operational functions related to product development, manufacturing, testing, regulatory compliance, logistics (including 3rd-party SCM), and radiation safety

Provide leadership in all CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) related activities, including tech transfer, validation, and documentation at CDMOs and QC labs

Oversee global project management practices to ensure consistency and successful execution across programs

Ensure proactive lifecycle management, continuous improvement, and adherence to compliance standards

Support the creation and maintenance of development plans, launch strategies, and product-related commercial and educational materials

Act as a subject matter expert to support sales efforts and engage with key stakeholders

Represent ITM at scientific congresses, customer and CDMO site visits, and other strategic engagements to foster partnerships and industry visibility
Your profile
-
Proven experience in managing radiopharmaceutical products, with a strong focus on product development, lifecycle strategy, and commercialization

Deep understanding of CMC and regulatory requirements (USP, Ph. Eur., JP)

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial

Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
-
Strong influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills—able to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Advanced degree in life sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Radiochemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields)

Experience with medical imaging products or theranostics

Experience leading teams in a launch environment with tight timelines and evolving priorities

High intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning

Willingness to travel as needed (domestic and international, including overnight travel)
