About ITM
ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in an hybrid working model in Garching as soon as possible
Head of Master Data Management (f/m/d)
Your role
- Develop vision, strategy, and roadmap: Craft a clear vision for Master Data Management (MDM), set long-term strategy, and create actionable roadmaps for continuous improvement
- Evaluate, approve, and oversee MDM initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
- Structure and establish a sustainable data organization that meets business requirements
- Develop structured communication and change management strategies to drive internal buy-in and successfully manage transitions
- Establish and implement a governance framework that defines clear roles, responsibilities, and data management policies
- Set Master Data object standards and enforce standards for Master Data objects to ensure consistency and quality across the organization
- Define Master Data maintenance processes for the ongoing and updating of Master Data
- Monitor data and related process quality, and take proactive measures to enhance both continuously
- Identify training needs and develop programs to upskill teams and promote continuous learning
- Ensure effective knowledge management practices for Master Data and related processes
- Regularly update stakeholders on change initiatives and the progress of MDM efforts
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment
- 10+ years SAP S/4 and master data management experience
- Strong data management knowledge
- High commitment and perseverance in working on new tasks and complex issues
- Enthusiasm for process digitization and digital tools
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style, as well as a professional attitude
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork
- High initiative and assertiveness in driving change
- Communicative, open, and confident demeanor
- Very good English and IT skills (MS Office, SAP S/4)
