About ITM
ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in hybrid in Garching as soon as possible
Legal Operations Manager (f/m/d)
Your role
- Coordinate and manage legal and compliance projects across the organization
- Actively manage external legal counsel, including budgeting, cost control and spend transparency
- Own and further develop contract management / CLM systems, including content structure, workflows and lifecycle processes
- Coordinate and steer due diligence processes, including full responsibility for data room setup and management
- Support in-house lawyers with legal research, information preparation and project coordination
- Optimize legal processes, workflows and case management to increase efficiency and quality, while acting as a key interface between the legal department and internal stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports and internal trainings and support legal knowledge management
Your profile
- Completed higher education degree (e.g. in business, law-related or a comparable field) or completed training as a paralegal, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in legal operations, legal project management, contract management or similar roles
- Experience in external counsel management
- Hands-on experience with contract management / CLM systems and legal workflows
- Solid experience in coordinating due diligence processes and managing data rooms
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a structured, hands-on mindset
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
