About ITM

ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

We would like to fill the following vacancy as intern in a hybrid model in Garching as soon as possible

Intern Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance (f/m/d)

Your role

  • Assist in the collection, processing, and documentation of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)
  • Perform case data entry and quality checks in the global safety database
  • Support literature screening activities
  • Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations (ICH, GVP, FDA, EMA)
  • Update of procedural documents (e.g. SOPs, work instruction)
  • Support the global PV team with administrative tasks and documentation.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled university (bachelor or master) student with a focus on life sciences, human medicine or pharmacy, ideally post-graduate student in Pharmacovigilance or Regulatory Affairs
  • Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance processes and regulatory guidelines or previous working experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Very good MS Office skills, ideally proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI, including the ability to build interactive dashboards and visual reports
  • Independent and structured way of working, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
